Je eet hier net even anders. Mooie gerechten en erg smaakvol. Weinig eenheidsworst en lekkere wijnen.
Food was delicious, but all three dishes were the lightest and cheapest dishes off the menu, so everyone was still hungry afterwards. I understand it was a discounted menu price, but we expected a little more there.

The service was pretty bad.. it seemed like they were understaffed and we constantly had to ask for something. We got the wine after the food was already served, which was a soup, so it was getting cold fast and you couldn’t wait with eating till you had a glass of wine.
Overall not at all what we expected from a restaurant like de Juwelier, we were a bit disappointed.
Heerlijk gegeten, super gezellig

About De Juwelier*
Cuisine: French
Restaurant De Juwelier, located in Amsterdam and awarded with a Michelin star, enchants guests with its retro-style bistro full of character. Under the guidance of Richard van Oostenbrugge and Thomas Groot, the à la carte menu offers surprising dishes with lesser-known ingredients such as veal kidneys, where traditional influences blend with contemporary flair. An excellent restaurant where guests can indulge in intense flavors, top-quality ingredients, and the finesse of French cuisine.
