Verrassende kennismaking tijdens restaurant week. Heerlijke en vernieuwende gerechten, makreel crudo als voorgerecht tot de sabayon met grapefruit als desert. Wijnkaart behoorlijk klassiek, zou mij betreft wat uitgebreider mogen met Spaanse en Italiaanse wijnen. Gezellige sfeer, zaten aan de bar met genoeg privacy. Absolute aanrader.

After restaurant 212** and De Juwelier*, the chefs here also take you on a culinary journey. This time to the sea. Here it's all about all the good things the sea has to offer. As at 212**, the focus of the restaurant here is on the bar. Bistro de la Mer has a French 1920s style where you enjoy fish at its (very, very) best!
