However, after finishing our meal, I saw other people's reviews and realized that the restaurant had actually missed serving one of the courses. We got 4 courses instead of 5. I felt very disappointed since then. Besides the pre-set menu, we even spent about €100 on wine.
I have emailed the restaurant to address the issue, but I received no response till today. It’s hard to believe that we had such an experience at a Michelin star restaurant.
It's very delicious and fresh!

About Bistro de la Mer*
Cuisine: Seafood
A few doors down from the Michelin-starred restaurant De Juwelier, you'll find Richard van Oostenbrugge and Thomas Groot's newest culinary offspring: Bistro de la Mer.
After restaurant 212** and De Juwelier*, the chefs here also take you on a culinary journey. This time to the sea. Here it's all about all the good things the sea has to offer. As at 212**, the focus of the restaurant here is on the bar. Bistro de la Mer has a French 1920s style where you enjoy fish at its (very, very) best!
Because of the casual, approachable atmosphere, you would almost forget that you are in the world of a total of 3 Michelin star chefs and that is exactly what makes your culinary experience here extra special.
When will you discover the flavors of the sea (stars;)?
