Tijdens een vakantie in de achterhoek hebben we bij Broederenklooster een “Heerlijk” 4-gangenmenu genoten.
Na heerlijk briochebrood kregen we al snel 3 amuses met goede uitleg erbij. De vier gangen daarna, plus een dessertamuse, volgden vrij snel na elkaar; naar onze mening iets te snel, het mag gerust iets rustiger.
We hebben genoten en komen zeker een keer terug.
Heerlijk gegeten! Kom zeker nog eens terug!
Om onze 49ste trouwdag te vieren, zijn we bij het Broederenklooster gaan dineren. Zes heerlijke gangen met mooie wijnen. Ceviche van zeebaars, tartaar van Black Angus, prachtig opgediend in een gehalveerd kalfsbot, tarbot met ingelegde beukenzwammetjes en magret de canard met currymousseline en gepeperde olie om maa...

Ceviche van zeebaars, tartaar van Black Angus, prachtig opgediend in een gehalveerd kalfsbot, tarbot met ingelegde beukenzwammetjes en magret de canard met currymousseline en gepeperde olie om maar enkele heerlijkheden te noemen. De bediening door twee enthousiaste jongedames droeg ook bij aan de feestelijke sfeer evenals de gouden envelop met lint met daarin per gang de ingrediënten genoemd en een foto van het team met de felicitaties. Bij de koffie werd er nog een heerlijk tweepersoons taartje geserveerd met 1 brandend kaarsje. Een aanmoediging om door te gaan voor goud?
We hebben een fantastische avond gehad!
