In 2021 Rosto opened its doors in a beautiful building from 1800. A restaurant where a culinary experience, friendliness, hospitality and good food with friends/family in a living room feeling is central. Where the colors blue, olive green, gold, give you the feeling of rebellious, playful and unique and an experience you want to live with others. A French modern cuisine with international influences, composed of local and regional products.

The kitchen staff is led by Chef Robin Stoof who has developed his very own style in several renowned restaurants, at several starred restaurants and with a culinary adventure in Bonaire. His innovative menus combined with modern cooking techniques challenge you to enjoy every ingredient and the local and regional products he prepares them with.
